Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welding Assembler/General Laborer to join our team in Gainesville, GA. This position offers a diverse range of tasks throughout the shop and does not guarantee welding duties exclusively.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints to accurately understand technical drawings, identify component placement, and welding requirements.
Maintain equipment by cleaning and properly caring for welding machines and tools.
Assist with general labor tasks such as material handling, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
Perform various tasks across the shop as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks across the shop.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
