Central Health Management is seeking a qualified, licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care for a part-time role in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area. Our practice focuses on providing quality care and mitigating hospital readmission through best practice care management. The role involves some travel in the area and is compensated accordingly. The schedule is pretty flexible, however, can include up to two weekends in a month.
