Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, detail-driven Office Manager who thrives on structure but still wants to be part of an entrepreneurial adventure. You’ll be the glue that holds our back office together — managing HR, accounting coordination, payroll, and day-to-day operations as we scale from startup to multi-million-dollar success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office management, administration, and HR/accounting support.
• Exceptionally organized and proactive — the type who fixes problems before they happen.
• Steady, reliable, and professional — but not afraid to roll up your sleeves in a startup.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems.
• A cultural fit: disciplined, accountable, and team-oriented.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $58,311 - $84,111
• 401K Matching
