Leading law firm in Orange County is seeking an Office Services Assistant. Ideal candidate will be proactive and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities include copying, scanning, binding, high volume printing, mail handling, conference room setups and maintenance, facilities related duties, backup receptionist and other duties as assigned. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general business technology, batch printing and document capture software required. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-3 years of experience in office services (copying/ reprographics, catering, mail handling, reception) at a law firm or at a professional services company. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent quality control of work product and maintaining efficient workflow.
