Onsite Recruiter

Join our team onsite at a high-volume client in New Jersey.

To join our team, you’ll need to have experience in high volume recruiting, experience with client relations & have a keen eye for detail.

This position will play an integral role in helping to meet the demands of our client’s staffing needs in Phillipsburg, NJ and others in the local areas needed.

This role is based on-site at our client’s location in Phillipsburg, NJ. This is not a remote opportunity. You'll need to be Fluent in Spanish for consideration.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Planning – Work with assigned client’s leadership to develop weekly order fill plans by market that are designed to ensure needed applicant flow and candidate submissions.
• Join and participate in client labor planning meetings, provide proactive communication regarding expectations
• Auditing & Control – Ensure that we fill the appropriate orders to meet the client’s expectations. Monitor and report performance to goals to internal teams & clients
• Contingency Planning - Track order fill rates throughout the week and create plans to avoid short fill situations prior to client start dates.
• Monitor client feedback and make observations to ensure that staff are operating in a manner that provides the level of customer service and fill rate.
• Provide analysis of turnover rates, overall attrition, and recruiting trends.
• Recruit candidates using internal databases, community outreach and other networking for local client needs
• Complete payroll process, I9 documentation and any other internal hiring requirements for temporary staff at client location
• Understand job descriptions and job duties required to provide successful candidates to client
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics with creative and proactive ideas to drive results
• Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with the client and candidates via email, phone and via in person meetings
• Be present for 1st day check-in or client labor planning meetings as required
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week and weekends as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish/English
• 3-5 years Recruiting preferably in a high-volume environment
• Advanced and demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Professional writing and in person communication skills
• Experience in client facing environment

• Strong organizational skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately
• Ability to work extended hours to meet business needs. This will require more than 40 hours per week and possibly weekends during peak seasons.
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a warehouse environment
