  • Provide input to subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of submittals, temporary provisions, flushing plans, and substitution requests.
  • Conduct on-site reviews of FOAK installations to ensure compliance with site requirements and operational staff expectations, setting standards for future installations.
  • Participate in ACC issue review and resolution, documenting field issues and tracking solutions.
  • Review relevant test reports (e.g., Test and Balance) for non-conforming data and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Mechanical Focus Areas:
  • Be a mechanical technical resource for Owner’s local Project Managers, installing contractors, mechanical vendors, and QA/QC providers for issue resolution.
