Job Description : We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in our Denver, CO office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and top tier professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamlined Communication: Expertly manage incoming inquiries; efficiently handle phone calls and email communications
  • Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate appointment scheduling for potential clients, seamlessly aligning the calendars of all stylists
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain a well-structured system for showroom maintenance, ensuring easy accessibility and orderliness
  • Welcoming Presence: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming clients, creating a welcoming and professional environment
  • Garment Care : Unpack, label, track and organize garments in the showroom; coordinate with our local tailor and dry cleaner to ensure a seamless process
  • Keyholder: Open and close the showroom
  • Special Projects: Assist with executive level operations when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Administrative Proficiency: 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist
  • Organizational Skills: Showcase exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive Energy: Embrace a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a vibrant and motivated workplace
  • Resourceful Mindset: Demonstrate resourcefulness, creativity, and adept problem-solving skills, fostering innovative solutions
  • Tech Savvy: Exhibit familiarity with various office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and projectors, alongside a solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
