Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala P.A. is a midsize law firm with a long history of supporting work-life balance and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

We are seeking a dynamic paralegal who is a highly organized professional to assist with personal injury defense work along with strong knowledge of No-Fault/automobile claims through the American Arbitration Association. The paralegal will handle drafting pleadings, summarizing and requesting medical records, drafting status reports, and conducting investigation on injury-based claims.

We are open to hybrid working arrangements and flexible schedules. Our qualifications include:

• Prefer 2-5 years of automobile, No-Fault or medical experience
• Outstanding proofreading, grammar, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently but well within a team environment, prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, manage and maintain a diary system of tasks, and perform well in stressful situations under typical tight deadlines
• Experience tracking and entering billable time would be a benefit

At Arthur Chapman, we provide a competitive compensation package, reflective of experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and 401k with a safe harbor allocation after one year of service.
