📌 Job Title: Payroll Specialist with HR Support

📍 Location: On-site | City of Industry, CA

📅 Duration: Temporary | 2 to 4 Months

🕒 Schedule: Full-time

Pay: $30 to $40 per hour DOE

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist with experience using Paylocity to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role will primarily focus on accurate and timely payroll processing , while also supporting general HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll using Paylocity , ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR documentation and compliance efforts
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing , preferably with Paylocity
• Familiarity with HR practices and California labor laws
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in City of Industry for the full duration of the assignment
