SALARY RANGES: $130-180K BASE

This company is one of the most prestigious Global food companies in the world. They are actively looking for incredible Sr Plant Quality Managers & Directors as well as innovative Corporate Quality Assurance Leaders.
Individuals will be responsible for overseeing all Quality/Regulatory/Compliance responsibilities and will help to lead the company through transformational / Lead / Operational Excellence / Smart Factory growth, change, improvement, and leadership of staff to next generational performance within both plant and corporate settings depending on the position and location
This person will lead all quality assurance department initiatives, programs, and drive transformation and change throughout department and staff. Will be responsible for QA, regulatory, HACCP, Sanitation, Food Safety, and compliance, as well as directly manage the quality staff, approx 20-25 employees within a high speed fully automated (high speed processing and packaging) environment at the plant level. Both union and non union plants.
Will lead lean and continuous improvement efforts within the department. Report to the Corporate Quality Director, with dotted line reporting into the plant manager at the site for Plant level roles.
