Our challenge

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce to lead our product development initiatives. In this role, candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions that align with our business objectives.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA / Dallas, TX is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather insights and requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and features are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
  • Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria that capture business needs and enhance user experience within the Salesforce platform.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure that the final product meets the acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices related to Salesforce and product management.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Salesforce products, analyzing results to inform future enhancements and iterations.

Requirements:

You are:

  • Over 8+ experience as a Product Owner or similar role the banking or financial services industry in an Agile environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, including knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer needs and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Product Owner) are a plus.
