Job Description

Hiring for the role of Production Supervisor in Byhalia, MS who can Plan, develops and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and best utilize productive capacity. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the EOX master production schedule at the Byhalia, MS Manufacturing Center

This is a 100% ONSITE role.

Job Details:

Job Title- Production Supervisor

Location- Byhalia, MS 38611 (ONSITE)

Duration- 4 Months - (Temporary contract role)

Shift Hours- Monday - Friday (7:30AM - 4:30PM)

Responsibilities:

• Establishes and provides optimal promise dates for EOX deliveries to the CSRs
• Leads all scheduling actions to ensure accurate and current information is available to drive material and capacity requirements
• Leads the monthly S&OP Supply meeting to review capacity, service levels, performance against schedule, labor requirements, supply chain plans and resource implications.
• Coordinates daily with production, buyers, shipping and CSRs to understand constraints and develop countermeasures
• Works with the CSRs to address special scheduling requirements
• Communicate plans to appropriate leadership including manufacturing and supply chain
• Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement and efficiency in scheduling practices
• Tracks and analyzes scheduling related performance metrics and reports including adherence to plan
• Manages & balances the workload of the manufacturing cells. Translates the MPS into takt time requirements for all manufacturing cells.
• Manages the activities of Schedulers; conducts performance evaluations of Schedulers.
• Proactively identifies potential scheduling constraints and works with relevant departments to resolve them

Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, engineering or related assignments
• APICS Certification preferred
• Experience using ERP software; SAP preferred
