Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
  • Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
  • Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments, including Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release Management, and Networking
  • Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
  • Track project changes and produce updated schedules
  • Gather and report performance measurement of ongoing progress
  • Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other stakeholders

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, adapting to iterative workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines effectively
  • 3+ years of strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, facilitate meetings, and engage with stakeholders across various departments
  • 3+ years of experience as a self-starter, proactively identifying challenges, driving solutions, and managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • PMP Certified desired but not required
