We have developed an organizational system based on client needs, business efficiency, and communication. This extends from the bidding room to the submittal packages to the punch list. At the inception of each project, all product data, certifications, MSDS sheets, and samples are scrutinized for accuracy.
We are the 3rd largest commercial painting contractor in the DMV market. We are looking to bring on a project manager to our team.
Responsibilities Oversee projects, ensuring they stick to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Handle all project documentation, from contracts to progress reports.
Set project goals with internal and external teams, keeping everyone aligned.
Keep a keen eye on project progress, swiftly addressing any hiccups.
Regularly inspect sites for compliance with safety and project specs.
Ensure subcontractors are on the same page and deliver as expected.
Maintain stellar relationships with clients, keeping them updated and satisfied.
