Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary daily client contact, ensuring clear communication, integrity, and excellent service.
  • Craft compelling press materials, including press releases and executive bios.
  • Develop story angles, pitch media, and secure press coverage for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and media contacts
  • Prepare media briefing documents and coordinate client interviews
  • Identify and engage influencer and affiliate partners for collaborations
  • Deliver client updates and contribute to strategic presentations
  • Lead and participate in client calls with actionable recommendations
  • Support company and client events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Manage multiple projects with adaptability and resourcefulness
  • Become an expert in clients’ industries and business objectives

Requirements:

  • BA in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of PR experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience in influencer & affiliate marketing is a plus!
  • Proven ability to pitch and secure media coverage
  • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
  • Confident in client relations and direct communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for growth and learning
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
