Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with 5-10 years of experience in UI/User Experience Design (UX). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. This role requires expertise in user experience design and a proven ability to work on complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.



• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements.



• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.



• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.



• Ensure designs are aligned with project goals and user needs.



• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in UI/User Experience Design (UX).



• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.



• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.



• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.



• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.



• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
