We're looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant who is warm, organized, and detail-oriented to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they walk in

  • Answer and direct phone calls with warmth and professionalism-because we believe a smile can be heard!

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Keep office supplies stocked and organized-because a smooth office is a happy office!

  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support

  • Keep the reception area and shared office spaces neat and inviting

  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism

  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
