Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced full-cycle Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing quality talent across various industries and roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving recruitment success through strategic sourcing, relationship building, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within organization
  • Create job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills
  • Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
  • Investigate referrals, references and pre-employments requirements
  • Prepare hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, with a strong background in staffing agencies
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with staffing across multiple industries and job functions
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, clients, and hiring managers effectively
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve complex challenges while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and job boards. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for sourcing preferred
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill and candidate quality metrics
