Regional Lead Instructor – Spinks Airport (KFWS)

As we expand to a third location at Spinks Airport (launching July 1), we’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Regional Lead Instructor to help us build this base from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is not your typical CFI position. As the founding instructor at Spinks, you’ll play a hybrid role that combines:

• Flight instruction in Cirrus aircraft (SR20, SR22, and SR22T)
• Sales leadership – owning client engagement, converting new leads
• Location development – helping grow the local team and client base
• You’ll be the face of Spinks: training, selling, guiding, and building. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is in relentless pursuit of excellence—personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Instruction & Client Success

• Deliver Part 61 flight instruction for Private, Instrument, and Commercial students
• Guide clients through the training journey with excellence, care, and structure
• Provide professional pilot services to Cirrus clients when needed
• Support student scheduling, checkride readiness, and training documentation

Sales & Location Growth

• Serve as the first point of contact for local client inquiries and intro flights
• Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and new client onboarding
• Identify growth opportunities and work with HQ on local marketing
• Track leads, retention, and conversion metrics

Leadership & Team Development

• Help hire and mentor new instructors as demand grows
• Maintain strong communication with maintenance, ops, and HQ
• Uphold and represent Stature’s culture, values, and service standards

Who You Are

• Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII) –Requi red
• FAA S econd Class Medical – Requi red
• 750 h ours minimum total time – Requi red
• Prior sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated, and accountable
