Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily unit operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Perform charge nurse duties including patient assignments, staffing coordination, and unit flow management
• Provide direct patient care with a modified assignment as needed
• Conduct daily patient rounds to assess quality, safety, and appropriateness of care
• Support and oversee the nursing process using evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and role model for nursing staff
• Support staffing needs, resource utilization, and survey readiness
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Recent acute care RN experience required
• Cardiac telemetry and/or IMCU experience preferred
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, delegation, and team leadership skills
• Ability to work full-time day shifts in an acute care environment
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years direct patient care nursing experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
