As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Researcher to join our dynamic team. You’ll be instrumental in gathering and analyzing critical data, uncovering insights that drive informed decision-making, and helping shape strategies that support business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research, identifying key trends, challenges, and growth opportunities that inform business strategies and product development.
  • Gather and analyze data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, interviews, industry reports, and educational literature.
  • Monitor educational policies, standards, emerging technologies, and market shifts to ensure research is relevant and timely for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to understand research needs and help drive strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed research reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Design and implement research methodologies, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and relevance of data collected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Statistics, Research Methodology, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Previous research experience, with proven ability to collect, analyze, and report data.
  • Proficiency with research tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar platforms).
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and actionable way.
  • An ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and high-quality results.
