🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound calls all day from people already interested in health insurance

• Educate clients about Medicare plans (we’ll train you)

• Close deals over the phone with high empathy and high energy

• Earn weekly bonuses, monthly residual commissions, and a sign-on bonus

• Work in a high-paced, performance-driven office where top reps eat

💰 Compensation: $75k-$125k

• Hourly base pay

• Weekly performance bonuses

• Monthly residual commissions

• $500 sign-on bonus after your first week on the floor

🏆 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sales background — solar, auto, fitness, D2D, etc.

• Proven ability to close

• Coachable, competitive, and hungry

• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM

• Must work in-office at our Houston location
