SD Lab Engineer – Join Our Innovative Team!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SD Lab Engineer to manage and maintain operations in our Software Device Compatibility Lab. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure smooth lab functionality while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep Mac Minis updated and fully functional with Client Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Schedule, oversee, and resolve all PagerDuty tickets.
• Address IT and facility-related issues in the lab.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all lab equipment.

Additional Responsibilities (Training Provided):

• Assist software testers with lab access and setup.
• Learn and execute device compatibility test plans and protocols.
• Perform software testing suites and manual tests, documenting results clearly.
• Support the hardware team with device testing.
• Contribute to expanding partner testing initiatives.

Work Expectations:

• Onsite daily in San Diego .
