The Larry H. Miller Real Estate team is seeking a driven, visionary Senior Director of Marketing to lead A 3–5-member marketing department through the branding and launch of game-changing development projects such as Downtown Daybreak , The Power District , a possible major league ballpark, and several master-planned communities.   • Compensation: Competitive (DOE) + bonus + benefits
  • Location: Sandy, UT (requires employer-assisted relocation for out-of-state candidates)
  • Travel: Travel to present at city council and other stake holder meetings

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Hit the ground running to instill a growth vision and strategy, and drive success with a talented marketing team via a growing portfolio of high-profile projects and master-planned communities.
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, strategy, budget, and team structure, including marketing campaigns across all channels, focusing on revenue and ROI growth.
  • Oversee website development and social media strategy to enhance brand presence.
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI, including competitive analyses and developing counterstrategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Champion brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees, clients, media, city council, and other critical stakeholders.

  2. Execution: Proven track record of delivering on promises and driving successful campaigns within tight timeframes, while gaining awareness and community integration
  3. Strategy & Delivery: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions, and then execute, launch, measure, and improve
  4. Measurement: A focus on data-driven decision-making and demonstrating ROI

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 10+ years of proven marketing leadership experience in a senior role (real estate industry experience is helpful, but not required)
  • A "Bison" mentality – proactive, driven, and results-oriented; you run toward the storm and successfully tackle the challenges that come your way
  • Proven track record of leadership and execution skills to deliver timely results while working/pivoting across multiple brands and exceeding expectations
  • Exceptional presentation and consumer-responsiveness abilities that lead to win-win scenarios and community awareness, buy-in and integration
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building something from the ground up.
  • Agency experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to move quickly and lead across multiple lines of business.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
