What You'll Do as Senior Food and Beverage Manager

• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team dedicated to exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Manage food and beverage inventory with a focus on accuracy and cost control across all outlets, including events and restaurant service.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to introduce innovative menu offerings.
• Support marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and community engagement.
• Monitor and improve financial performance, aligning food and beverage costs with revenue targets.
• Partner with the event team to flawlessly execute banquets, weddings, and private functions.
• Build and maintain strong local partnerships to promote the club’s presence in the Allentown area.
• Troubleshoot basic AV and IT systems to ensure smooth and seamless event operations.
