Job Description

Role – Senior Gen AI Engineer

Location – Whippany NJ (Day one Onsite – 3 days in a week)

Duration - Fulltime

Job Descriptions

  • 8+ strong experience with OCR & NLP tools: Tesseract, pdfplumber, spaCy, NLTK.
  • Experience with Generative AI (LLMs like OpenAI, Llama, Claude) for text extraction.
  • Proficiency in Vector Stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI retrieval.
  • Experience in Python-based API development (FastAPI, Flask).
  • Expertise in Azure AI Services, including Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Form Recognizer, Azure OpenAI.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or Azure Cosmos DB.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in LLM fine-tuning for financial documents.
  • Working knowledge of Neo4j / Knowledge Graphs for financial data relationships.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines & ETL tools (Apache Airflow, etc.).
  • Experience in Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, Azure Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) & Docker for containerized deployments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Mandatory Skills

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110841 to $145000 /yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
