PART-TIME CO-FOUNDER

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

As a part-time co-founder, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network "Built on Autheo" to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth. 
3. Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivised testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January. 

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

POSITION TITLE:

Senior Media Buyer

Location: Remote

About the Role

Autheo is looking for a highly experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team and lead our paid media efforts. This pivotal role will drive user acquisition through expertly crafted campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other platforms. You'll manage substantial monthly ad spend across multiple platforms, focusing on user acquisition and scaling our growth through performance marketing.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist, a hands-on executor, and an innovator in user sign-ups and acquisition-focused advertising. If you thrive in remote environment, have a proven track record in scaling campaigns, and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Strategic Media Planning & Budget Management:

• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across different platforms (social media, YouTube, search engines, and programmatic advertising platforms)
• Create and refine a scalable ad framework designed to increase user sign-ups effectively.
• Identify and integrate new advertising channels, including OTT platforms, newsletters, and programmatic ads, to expand reach.
• Manage, optimize and scale monthly ad spend.
• Allocate budgets effectively and efficiently across platforms to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Build and lead the future media buying team.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

• Plan, execute, manage and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns.
• Focus on user sign-up campaigns and conversion optimization.
• Implement advanced targeting and audience strategies.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, copy, landing pages and targeting to improve performance.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and videos align with our TOV, campaign objectives and platform specifications.

Performance Tracking, Analysis & Reporting:

• Develop comprehensive tracking and attribution systems along with Digital Analyst.
• Analyze campaign performance, create regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Forecast and plan scaling strategies.
• Monitor, analyze and report on key metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and user sign-up rates.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Identify new opportunities for advertising on emerging platforms or channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance marketing/media buying.
• Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other major platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K+, with a demonstrated ability to scale and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in media buying platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
• Strong experience in user acquisition and sign-up campaigns
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
• A focus on achieving measurable user acquisition goals and continuously improving strategies.
• Prior experience building or mentoring teams is a plus.

• Experience in social platform/app marketing.

• Knowledge of influencer partnerships and integrating paid media with organic efforts.
