As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to maintain and grow ICA, LLC as the go-to commercial specialty contractor for high-end, large-scale commercial construction projects.
Job Overview
The Social Media Marketing Manager will play a key role in strengthening ICA, LLC’s brand presence and positioning our company as the leader in high-end hospitality, luxury tenant improvements, and large-scale developments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision who understands how to engage both clients and industry professionals through compelling content and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy – Build a content plan that reinforces ICA’s reputation as the top commercial specialty contractor for high-end projects.
• Content Creation – Capture the essence of our work through high-quality photos, videos, and graphics, showcasing the craftsmanship and scale of our projects.
• Platform Management – Manage and grow ICA’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, optimizing for engagement and brand visibility.
• Engagement & Community Building – Interact with industry partners, clients, and followers to build a loyal and engaged community.
• Project Storytelling – Work closely with project managers and field teams to capture progress updates, behind-the-scenes content, and completion highlights.
• Paid Social & Digital Advertising – Implement targeted paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.
• Analytics & Optimization – Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Industry Trends & Competitor Research – Stay ahead of social media trends, construction industry innovations, and competitor activity to keep ICA at the forefront of digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Experience: 3+ years in social media marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, hospitality, or luxury markets.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
✅ Visual Content Creation: Proficiency in photography, videography, and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Final Cut Pro.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the construction, real estate, or hospitality industries is a major plus.
✅ Communication & Writing Skills: Ability to craft compelling captions, blog posts, and press releases tailored to the audience.
✅ Social Media & Advertising Tools: Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
✅ Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and campaigns efficiently.
