Milwaukee Catholic Home, a dynamic, faith-based continuing care retirement community on Milwaukee's East side, is seeking a Social Worker.
The Social Worker works with residents and family members to provide support and assistance as needs or concerns arise regarding admission, adjustment, psychosocial well-being, finances, discharge or transfer, mood, behavior, and cognition.
This position is eligible for insurance benefits such as health, dental, vision and life insurance. Additional benefits include vacation, sick, holiday, tuition reimbursement, and free employee meals. In addition, Milwaukee Catholic Home contributes to retirement plan for employees after meeting match eligibility requirements.
