Our Mission

“Stand Out. For Good”. At Altar’d State, those four words are more than just our motto, they are why we exist. • Collaborate with team members to create flow charts, process diagrams, and other visual aids to clarify workflows and business processes.
  • Support the testing phase of IT initiatives by assisting in creating test plans, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), and documenting results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Retail and Logistics departments.
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing requirements and priorities

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for creating flow charts and diagrams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and creating test plans is a plus, but not required.
