What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day coordination of all on-site construction activities
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to keep the project on schedule and within budget
• Drive uncompromising quality control and job site safety standards
• Oversee scheduling, inspections, and compliance with all specifications
• Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress to keep work flowing
• Ensure subcontractors deliver flawlessly on scope, safety, and performance

What We’re Looking For

• A Superintendent with a track record of large-scale commercial or mission-critical builds (data center experience a huge plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills—able to keep teams aligned and accountable
• Deep knowledge of safety, quality, and scheduling best practices
• A problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure, detail-critical environments

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
• 9+ years Construction experience, required
• Data Center experience, preferred
