No Experience? No Problem!
We provide paid training for the right candidates! Learn the YUSA swim curriculum , shadow experienced instructors, and get certified-all while being supported every step of the way.


What You'll Do:
As a Swim Instructor, you'll:

• Teach swim techniques to children and adults of all skill levels
  
  
• Lead group and individual lessons using the YUSA swim progression
  
  
• Promote water safety and help swimmers build lifelong confidence
  
  
• Work with all ages-from babies in Parent/Child classes to adult learners
  
  
• Assess skills and provide encouraging, personalized feedback

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
  
  
• Current certifications in Lifeguarding/Swim Instruction, Pro CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen preferred - or willing to obtain
  
  
• Positive attitude, love of the water, and desire to make a difference!
