Job Description

SEP, a boutique staffing firm located in the heart of Boston, is hiring for a full-time Talent Sourcer to join their growing team. This is a recruiting position in which the incumbent will locate, identify, and vet qualified professionals for purposes of placing them for employment. This is a key hire that will utilize cold and warm outreach both on the phone and via various software tools to connect and build relationships with prospective candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn and our ATS software to conduct outreach and connect with candidates
• Partner with Account Managers and collaborate effectively to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates
• Build genuine relationships and rapport with top talent, understand their aspirations and become their career advocate

Required :

• 1+ years of experience in a recruitment, sales, or customer facing business role
• Experience utilizing AI tools and chatbots to augment recruiting processes
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to accurately record and input data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus skills:

• Prior experience utilizing and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) to manage and track the recruiting process
• Prior experience sourcing and vetting financial or IT professionals
