Job Description

Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a manufacturing and engineering organization, is seeking a skilled Test & Validation Technician . This role is responsible for supporting prototype builds, assisting with test fixture fabrication, and ensuring test lab equipment is well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Job Duties

• Assist with fabrication and modification of test fixtures
• Support electrical and mechanical aspects of prototype builds
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on lab equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized lab space in accordance with safety protocols
• Handle physical materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Document equipment upkeep and work performed accurately

Skills & Experience

Required

• 0–2 years of technician experience in a product development or test lab environment
• Basic mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired

• Experience operating a pallet jack and/or forklift
• Basic fabrication or prototyping experience
• Exposure to electrical testing processes or equipment maintenance
• Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field
