Trademark Associate
Our client, a large national firm, seeks a Trademark Attorney for their growing intellectual property practice. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of Trademark experience. The firm has a balanced practice handling both Trademark / Copyright Prosecution and Trademark / Copyright Litigation. The Trademark Attorney will represent and advise clients in all aspects of trademark and copyright law, including clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights worldwide; distribution and licensing arrangements; grey market and counterfeiting issues; marketing practices; and adversarial proceedings in U.S. Federal District Court, U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and ICANN Domain Dispute proceedings. Candidate will prepare and submit electronic filings utilizing systems provided by US Patent and Trademark Office (TEAS, TTAB, Assignment Center), US Copyright Office, and WIPO (Madrid System). Additionally, the Trademark Attorney will assist with filing trademark applications, maintenance, renewals, and assignments in foreign jurisdictions.
