Full-Time Direct Hire W2

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role is essential in supporting new business operations in Hayward and requires a proactive leader with hands-on experience in warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and participate in receiving, stocking, and picking inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
• Train and supervise warehouse personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in transportation, warehousing, and/or distribution environments.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification and operating experience.
• Experience with inventory management software (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (such as Sage, Oracle).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in FedEx domestic and international shipping.
• Experience with Sage and Cargowise inventory management systems.
