Job Overview Web Developer – Code, Create, Collaborate!  Are you a skilled web developer with a passion for creating high-performance, visually stunning websites? We are seeking a Full-Time Web Developer to join our dynamic marketing agency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, account managers, and the digital team to develop and optimize websites that drive engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development. You should be proficient in WordPress development, comfortable working on staging environments, and knowledgeable in best practices for performance and SEO optimization. Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality and responsiveness. Convert designs, mockups, and wireframes into fully functional, cross-browser-compatible websites. Implement and manage back-end website structures, including databases and server integration. Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile-first design. Set up and manage staging environments for development and testing. Design and implement new features for WordPress themes and plugins. Work closely with designers and copywriters to bring creative concepts to life within defined project parameters. Monitor and troubleshoot website performance issues, applying best practices for enhanced security and user experience.  Skills and Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~1+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong focus on WordPress. ~ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. ~ Experience with PHP and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) is a plus. ~ Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility. ~ Experience developing and optimizing eCommerce websites (e.g., WooCommerce) is a plus. ~ Ability to convert wireframes and design mockups into fully functional websites. ~ Experience managing website hosting environments and domain configurations. ~ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. ~ Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
