We are looking for an experienced business analyst / project manager to join the Technology team, primarily working with the Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams in the US. The role involves ownership and management of existing systems and gathering requirements to build new systems and tools. This is a fast-paced, collaborative, and varied role that includes managing the Order Management System project and working with different stakeholders and vendors to implement systems and develop pre-trade and post-trade tools. We are looking for an individual to work with teams across the firm, internal developers, and external vendors to manage or implement key projects such as: Managing our firm-wide Order Management System project with the global team. Working with business stakeholders to elicit requirements for tool development. Conducting ad-hoc investigations, data mining, and reporting for business stakeholders. This will be a hands-on role and will require good technical knowledge, for example, creating reports in BI tools such as Tableau or data mining in SQL databases. We are frequently developing new systems as the business grows and are looking for candidates who have the confidence to suggest new technologies or build ad-hoc reports where appropriate. What kind of skills do you need? Experience in Middle or Front Office business analysis. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to bring people together. Experience with Tableau and SQL databases. Good understanding of technologies and the role they play in the business.
