Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in selling IT services , specifically in Cybersecurity OR Automation/GenAI services , OR Design Labs/UX services , to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—and identifying growth opportunities in new geographies. As a BDM, you will help elevate Amiseq’s core offerings and enhance our brand’s visibility and credibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Amiseq’s goals.
  • Analyze market trends , competitor activities , and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities in Cybersecurity OR Automation/GenAI OR UX services .
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define realistic revenue targets and KPIs for the region.

Business Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and pursue new clients and partnerships through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events, focusing on IT services in Cybersecurity OR Automation/GenAI OR UX .
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations to showcase Amiseq’s products and services, particularly in these areas.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients throughout the entire sales process, ensuring high levels of after-sales service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients , addressing their needs and ensuring effective communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, ensuring Amiseq’s high visibility in these accounts.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and evaluate potential growth areas and market segments , crafting strategies to penetrate and dominate these markets, with a focus on Cybersecurity and Automation/GenAI .
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and policy changes that impact business opportunities.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics , providing regular insights to the management team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize the sales process and boost revenue generation.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of progressively responsible experience in business development or sales leadership roles, specifically in selling IT services such as Cybersecurity OR Automation/GenAI OR UX services ..
  • Proven ability to drive business growth , meet targets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and sales presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying new business opportunities and making data-driven decisions.

Desired Skills / Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of IT services products and emerging trends in Cybersecurity, Automation/GenAI , and UX services .
  • Solid understanding of the design process , from concept to completion.
