Regional Clinical Director (RN)
A small, passionate healthcare company overseeing the operations of skilled nursing facilities in Iowa and Nebraska is looking for a Regional Clinical Director (RN) who knows PointClickCare like the back of their hand and navigates quality care and reimbursement like a seasoned pro. This role requires an RN who can travel between our facilities in Iowa and Nebraska and the ability to step in as Interim Director of Nursing (DON) when needed. If you prefer a whole department approach versus silo’s and know the impact on care quality which leads team quality which leads to financial balance, then this is the right job for you.
