Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Overview:
Join a dynamic team and provide world-class customer support in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with technical issues and ensuring a seamless experience across voice, data, video, and connectivity services. Your goal is to troubleshoot, resolve problems, and offer additional solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound technical support inquiries via phone, chat, and email, responding in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity.
Offer solutions to customers, including up-selling additional products and services when appropriate.
Accurately document each customer interaction, providing detailed notes about the issue and resolution.
Answer customer service inquiries and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
Provide support for other Technical Support Representatives when needed.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Experience with Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a focus on technical support.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connection issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 support team.
