Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years of relevant machine operation experience (or equivalent)
• Mechanical aptitude (knowledge of equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, etc.)
• Good math skills including the ability to perform simple calculations when provided the necessary inputs
Knowledge of extrusion a plus
• Physical requirements include:
o Stand and walk 90% of shift
o Reach, bend, squat, and climb stairs frequently during a shift
o Perform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) several times per shift
o Use small hand tools

o Frequent exposure to hot equipment surfaces (up to 600F)
o Occasional exposure to temperature extremes below 32F and above 90F
o Occasional exposure to equipment that may interfere with pacemakers
o Rare exposure to conditions requiring respirator PPE
