serves as associate counsel for the parent corporation, as well as related affiliates and subsidiary corporations. major responsibilities for this position are managing a team of legal professionals who serve designated business units by providing legal advice and counsel on matters affecting the businesses. Lead a team to provide legal work including reviewing and drafting contracts, performing legal research on a variety of issues, evaluating and making recommendations regarding the legal implications of assigned matters, and working closely with the various business units.\
