Job Title: Interventional Radiologic Technologist

Job Specialty: Diagnostic

Job Duration: 14 weeks

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Weekends required (Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 hours per week

Location: 1400 Pelham Pkwy S, Bronx, NY 10461

Pay Range: $50 - $60 per hour

Job Description:

• Carry out diagnostic imaging procedures focusing on interventional radiology.
• Use and maintain angiographic equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Perform balloon angioplasty and stenting under appropriate protocols.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to evaluate patient needs and treatment plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by NYSDOH.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Advanced-Level Certification from ARRT to include one of the following:

• ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Interventional Radiology.
• ARRT (CV) - Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology.
• ARRT (VI) - Vascular Interventional Radiology.
