Interns will work alongside senior professionals, gaining unparalleled insight into complex transactions and developing the technical and strategic expertise required at the highest levels of investment banking. This is an intensive, performance-driven program that demands precision, intellectual rigor, and the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.

Exceptional performers will be considered for a paid Junior Analyst position at the conclusion of the program, offering a direct pathway into investment banking. This is not a standard internship—this is an opportunity to train and compete at the level expected of top-tier financial professionals.

  • Pathway to a Career: Successful completion of the program could lead to a paid Junior Analyst role at Equiturn, providing a pathway into the competitive field of investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Support: Assist senior bankers in executing live transactions, including M&A, capital raises, and advisory projects.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and refine financial models, valuations, and presentations that support significant transactions.
