We are seeking a proactive and skilled Manufacturing Training and Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to grow and improve. As the Training and Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in both the onboarding of new hires and the recruitment of top talent. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a 7-week training bootcamp, providing hands-on training, and coordinating recruitment efforts through various channels.

Responsibilities
Training & Development:
· Conduct and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
· Oversee and deliver a comprehensive 7-week training bootcamp for new hires, ensuring all participants receive high-quality instruction and support.
· Develop and distribute learning materials and administer tests to evaluate progress throughout the training program.
· Provide hands-on, one-on-one training, specifically focusing on the inspection aspects of manufacturing.
Recruitment:
· Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, application review, and candidate screening using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
· Arrange and coordinate interviews, working closely with HR to extend offers to successful candidates.
· Represent the company at career fairs, educational institutions, and other recruitment events.
· Conduct presentations at schools and participate in community outreach to promote the company as an employer of choice.
· Organize and lead on-site tours for visitors, providing insights into the company’s operations and culture.
