Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our Beaverton, OR client to recruit a Marketplace eCommerce Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role centers on streamlining the organization's digital sales on marketplace eCommerce channels, specifically Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Target, but with additional opportunity to experiment on other channels. You will be the organization's dedicated expert on these channels, managing product listings, optimization, SEO, campaigns and similar work to drive consistent growth in consumer sales. You will work directly to support customers via these channels, answer product questions, facilitating the returns process, and maintaining positive reviews and feedback. To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of eCommerce experience, with specific experience in the marketplace world. Amazon experience, ideally with Seller Central, is strongly preferred, though experience with the other channels listed here is a huge plus. Knowledge of the entirety of the product listing world, including SEO, promotions, photo strategy, etc. is required.

This organization is a best-in-class employer and has a tight knit, collaborative culture! Their team is primarily onsite , but there is opportunity to work from home once weekly. This is a salaried role with commission and bonus opportunity, with total compensation ranging from $68-75K+ annually, and base between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience. You will:

  • Own the company's marketplace eCommerce channels and accounts, focused on consistently elevating the brand's product listings to drive sales
  • Optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target and similar marketplaces, leveraging best practices for each channel to maximize organic growth and listing traffic
  • Ensure product listings are SEO compliant and accurate, maintain product listings and information including specs, product images, descriptions and similar
  • Run promotions and campaigns
  • Maintain best-in-class customer relationships via these channels, answering product questions, resolving order challenges, etc.
  • Relay channel data to sales and marketing leadership to identify opportunities, track growth and optimize overall marketplace experience

Your experience should include:

  • 2+ years of eCommerce experience working on marketplace channels like Amazon, eBay, Walmart and/or similar; Amazon experience is the highest priority
  • Experience in the consumer electronics space, preferred
  • SEO knowledge and product listing expertise, with knowledge of best practices for each relevant channel that enhance searchability and drive product sales
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred but flexible for additional experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in Amazon Marketplace (ideally Seller Central) and other third-party eCommerce channels
