Job Description:

As a Part-Time Warehouse Merchandiser, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing merchandise within our warehouse. Your key duties will include:

• Lifting Boxes: Safely lifting and moving boxes weighing between 15-30 pounds, containing clothes and other items.
• Sorting Merchandise: Accurately sorting and organizing merchandise based on specific criteria.
• Classifying Cases/Boxes: Classifying and labeling cases and boxes for easy identification and retrieval.
• Using Scanners: Utilizing scanning equipment to track and manage inventory once sorted.
• Managing Shipments: Handling shipments of 200 to 500 boxes per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure merchandise is sorted and classified accurately and efficiently.
• Operate scanning equipment to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment targets.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 15-30 pounds.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Familiarity with using scanning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $15/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
