Job Description

Position Summary:

Drive brand awareness, high-quality leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through full funnel paid media strategies for Displayit, High Impact Services by Displayit, and PG Exhibits. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on PPC expertise and would consider themselves a PPC expert in optimizing for e-commerce. They have a strong background in digital advertising, marketing analytics, and performance optimization and is comfortable utilizing paid media to drive both leads and ecommerce conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel media campaigns (Google, MS, YouTube, social media, CTV, retargeting, etc.) to drive lead and revenue growth.
  •  Ideate and test creative strategies and assets in collaboration with peers and leadership.
  • Oversee technical aspects such as feed management, dynamic ad retargeting, and audience segmentation to enhance targeting and conversion. Identify and pursue new audience segments, channels, and strategic partnerships to expand reach and acquisition.
  • Use data and analysis to effectively allocate and manage paid media budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Analysis, Optimization & Performance Insights:

  •  Continuously analyze customer behaviors, refining targeting, messaging, and creative accordingly.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage GA4, attribution modeling, and performance analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Regularly present performance reports, key learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and optimize landing pages for campaign performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies and platforms to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies to prevent account restrictions and maintain best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned

In the short term (6-9 months), this role will focus on optimizing performance marketing for the Displayit.com property. The right candidate will have quick development opportunities to drive acquisition for additional lines of business and brands, and could develop further into identifying retention opportunities, as well.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience and expertise with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in GA4, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing vendor partner relationships.
  • Strong preference for candidates with customized product experience.
