Your New Role

As part of our boots-on-the-ground crew in Madera, CA , you'll bring expertise, efficiency, and pride to every installation. You’ll be tasked with:

  • Installing open-cell and closed-cell spray foam and fiberglass insulation systems

  • Following project specs and blueprints with precision

  • Leading safety meetings and conducting tool/equipment checks

  • Managing inventory and ensuring proper material prep

  • Coordinating daily tasks with your crew for maximum output

  • Operating forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts

  • Wrapping up with end-of-day reporting, cleanup, and team debriefing

  • Opportunity to step into Foreman , Supervisor , or Project Manager roles

  • 3–5 years experience in roofing or insulation preferred

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Valid OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (minimum requirement)

  • Valid CDL A, B, or C

  • Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

  • Strong knowledge of job site safety procedures and regulations

  • Clean driving record (No DUI, reckless driving, or theft-related offenses)

  • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening

  • Comfortable using a smartphone or app for daily reporting

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be able to lift, bend, and work in various weather conditions and heights
